POLICIES

cancellations//reschedules

cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. anything after 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the booked service price.

no shows will be banned from future booking and charged 100% of the booked service.

kids//visitors policy

to ensure a safe, comfortable, and focused environment, I kindly ask that only scheduled clients attend appointments. exceptions may be made, please discuss with me in advance.

arriving late

if you are running late please communicate your ETA with me. I will do my best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled due to timing. full service fees will apply.

refunds

due to the nature of my service, I do not offer refunds.

if you are not completely satisfied with your service due to a technical issue, I ask that you let me know within 14 days of your appointment. I am more than happy to offer a complimentary adjustment.

deposits

for select services (new client, extension install, keratin treatment) a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. deposit is always applied to total at checkout.
